What will I do?
Control the health club from an operational level, always ensuring high customer service levels and carrying out daily health & safety procedures to ensure a safe environment for all users of the health club facilities. You will support the Health Club Manager to ensure that you and the team are maximising on all sales and membership sale opportunities.
Is this the role for me?
- Previous experience supervising a team within a health club
- Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor level 2 qualification as a minimum, or equivalent would be a distinct advantage
- Qualifications in water testing, pool plant and pool lifeguard/responder
- Excellent customer service and communication skills

Health Club Opening Times: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 21:00pm | Saturday & Sunday 8:00am - 19:00pm
Cheltenham Chase hotel is located on the outskirts of Gloucester and is also close to Cheltenham. Our hotel is a 4*, 122-bedroom property and has the Hardy’s restaurant, Hunters bar & lounge and a garden terrace bar, and we offer afternoon tea as well as private dining and meetings and event spaces. The leisure facilities include a gym, pool, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing Elemis spa.
