Your responsibilities will include ensuring the guests receive top-class service whether they are receiving a single treatment or on a spa weekend break. Managing a team, you will lead by example, working together alongside them as and when required and ensure the team are continually trained and delivering treatments to a very high standard.
Is this the role for me?
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification
- Previous experience as a Senior Therapist, Spa Supervisor or Assistant Manager of a spa
- Elemis Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus
- People management experience
