Overview
Cheltenham Borough Council are looking for a detail-orientated and pro-active Client Officer to support the delivery and development of our environmental services work, including waste, recycling, grounds maintenance and street cleansing.
You’ll be a part of a dedicated team working to improve environmental services through the management of contracts, monitoring of performance and stakeholder engagement ensuring a high-quality service is delivered to our residents. The role is varied with opportunities to undertake exciting project work assisting the team with campaigns and service development as well as policy and partnership work.
