Client Support Officer - The Role:
Join our Environmental Services team as a Client Support Officer. You'll be the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, helping deliver essential services like waste and recycling, street cleansing, and grounds maintenance in partnership with Ubico.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer and internal enquiries across phone, email, and social media
- Use multiple IT systems to resolve queries and keep accurate records
- Support projects and campaigns, including the annual garden waste promotion and producing publicity materials
- Keep our website and social media up to date
- Work with internal teams and Ubico to resolve complex queries
- Assist with other tasks as directed by the Senior Client Officer or Head of Service
Client Support Officer - You:
- A minimum of 5 qualifications equivalent to NVQ level 2 or GCSE at Grade C/4 or above, must include Maths and English
- Experience working within customer service environment
- Good level of IT and keyboard skills
- Communicates effectively at all levels (excellent verbal and written skills)
- Customer focussed, demonstrates a positive and proactive attitude to customer care
