We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Solar PV Installer and Electrician to join our team in Ware. This role involves installing photovoltaic systems and electrical components for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical knowledge, and practical experience with rooftop installation as well as electrical infrastructure and various tools and equipment. Duties
- Installing solar photovoltaic panels on roofs, ground mounts, or other structures in accordance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Connecting electrical wiring, inverters, and other system components to ensure optimal performance.
- Using hand tools and power tools to assemble mounting systems, conduit runs, and electrical connections.
- Conducting system testing and troubleshooting to verify proper operation of installed systems.
- Ensuring all work complies with relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies.

- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment throughout each project phase.
Requirements
