Join the Pasta Revolution in the Heart of Pasta Evangelists. We’re on a mission to reimagine and elevate pasta as a category, which is worth a staggering £3.8bn yet has seen little innovation for decades. Since launching our original fresh pasta recipe kit service in 2016, we have built a cult following of British pasta lovers – our Evangelists – who are passionate about discovering the breadth and variety of pasta, as well as the irresistible stories behind it.
Today, Pasta Evangelists is backed by Barilla (the world’s biggest pasta company) and is proud to be the UK’s biggest pasta brand by revenues, as well as one of the UK’s fastest-growing startups. Building on this success, we are now disrupting Britain’s pizza-centric Italian dining scene by launching our very own Pasta Evangelists restaurants, as well as our high-end Harrods Pasta Bar and our store at Manchester Airport. These are vibrant destinations where guests can experience the extraordinary diversity of pasta, alongside exceptional service, bold creativity, and a true passion for great food.
As a Back of House Team Member, your role is all about creating delightful food for our customers. You’ll help bring to life an environment where world-class pasta and vibrant Italian energy meet exceptional hospitality — all starting from the kitchen.

- Prepare orders for dine-in and delivery swiftly and accurately, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for every guest.
- Follow our treasured recipes and techniques to ensure every dish meets our high standards.
- Help prepare and portion fresh ingredients, sauces, and pasta according to the guidelines.
- Stock and organise storage areas and fridges to ensure smooth kitchen operation.

- Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and tools, ensuring they are in excellent condition and report any issues to the manager on duty.
- Follow all food and health and safety guidelines to keep both customers and colleagues safe.
- Work quickly and efficiently to support service — the kitchen relies on your pace and attention to detail.
- Take part in team meetings and training sessions, bringing your ideas and enthusiasm.
- Support your colleagues, especially during busy times, and be willing to take on additional tasks as required.
