CP Medical Clinic is an established, CQC-regulated private medical clinic in Chelsea, and we're looking for a motivatedAssistant Practice Manager to join our friendly and growing team.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience working in a regulated environment who is ready to move beyond administration and develop into a management role.


What you'll be doing


You'll work closely with our Practice Manager to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic, including:


  • Supporting reception and providing outstanding patient care.
  • Coordinating appointments and patient enquiries.
  • Preparing staff rotas.
  • Managing administration and clinic operations.
  • Supporting CQC compliance and quality assurance.
  • Helping maintain the high standards our patients expect.

We're looking for someone who is:


  • Experienced in a regulated environment (healthcare, pharmacy, dental, veterinary, care home or similar).
  • Highly organised with excellent communication skills.
  • A genuine team player.
  • Warm, friendly and approachable.
  • Proactive, reliable and able to use their own initiative.
  • Looking to build a long-term career in healthcare management.

This isnot a Medical Secretary position. It's a varied operational role offering genuine career progression within a modern private medical clinic.


What we offer
