Were looking for a proactive, detail-driven Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join our fast-paced, fast-growing team at Renfold Ltd, supporting our expanding wholesale operations. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in ensuring the seamless movement of stock from our global supplier base to retail customers under FOB (Free on Board) terms.

As Supply Chain Coordinator, you will work closely with our buying team and report directly to the Head of Operations. You\’ll manage direct logistical wholesale order flows, coordinate logistics with global suppliers and freight agents, and maintain clear communication with internal teams and external teams. Your role is essential to keeping everything on track and ensuring a smooth end-to-end wholesale FOB delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Retrieve FOB wholesale orders from direct retail customers and load them into the ERP system.
  • Allocate wholesale PO numbers to relevant suppliers and ensure accurate input into customer systems.
  • Act as the point of contact for supplier-related logistics and system queries.
  • Liaise with customer logistics teams to ensure timely handover of goods at origin.
  • Ensure all shipment documentation (invoices, packing lists, etc.) is submitted for customs clearance.
  • Process stock invoicing in the ERP system upon handover to freight agents.
  • Collaborate closely with the buying and product teams to stay aligned with the critical path and manage any required updates or changes.
  • Raise supplier purchase orders when needed and ensure accurate documentation flow.
  • Weekly reporting of customer POs missing vs production file.

Skills Required

  • Strong Excel skills and a high level of data accuracy. Comfortable with using various software.
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, clear approach to working cross-functionally.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • A problem-solver with a proactive mindset and a hands-on approach to operational challenges.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving business with changing priorities.
  • Experience in process or systems improvement would be a strong advantage.

Other

  • Candidate must be able to commute to office 3 days a week.
