We're looking for a social-first Content Creator to bring the Chelsea Peers brand to life across TikTok and Instagram. This role is perfect for someone who is confident on camera, deeply immersed in social media culture, and passionate about creating engaging short-form content. Reporting to the Social Media Manager, you'll produce daily social content, campaign assets, and behind-the-scenes moments that connect with our audience. You'll also support on ad creation, campaign shoots, events, and brand moments, helping capture social-first content as it happens. We are open to this role being full time or part time (3 days a week) depending on the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Film and edit engaging TikTok and Instagram content aligned with the brand's tone and visual style.
- Confidently appear in content, bringing energy and personality that resonates with social audiences.
- Stay on top of TikTok and Instagram trends, formats, and sounds, proactively suggesting ideas for reactive content and contributing to campaign planning.
- Capture social-first content during campaign shoots, product launches, and marketing moments.
- Attend events and photoshoots to film behind-the-scenes and real-time social content.
- Edit short-form video content quickly and creatively using tools such as CapCut or similar mobile editing apps.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager and wider marketing team to deliver content that supports campaigns and brand storytelling.
Experience & Skills
- 2+ years creating social content for TikTok and Instagram (brand, agency or personal account experience welcome).
- Confident and comfortable in front of the camera.
- Strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram culture and trends.
- Experience filming and editing short-form video content.
- Skilled using CapCut, Canva, or similar editing tools.
- Ability to work quickly and creatively in a fast-paced social environment.
- Understand performance data and strategy documents to consistently improve content.
- Good knowledge of writing engaging hooks and captions.
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle or DTC brands is a plus but not essential.
