As a Junior / Midweight Designer at Chelsea Peers, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality creative across all brand touchpoints. Working closely with the Senior Brand Designer, you'll bring concepts to life across paid media, website, print, email/CRM and social channels. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and confident creative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take the next step in their career within a collaborative design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Asset Delivery: Adapt and produce creative assets across digital and print (static and video), ensuring brand consistency and impact.
- Video & Social Content Creation: Edit and produce engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, paid social variants), applying brand elements, transitions and audio to create platform-optimised content. Proactively suggest creative approaches informed by current social trends and performance insights. Experience supporting with social content capture (iPhone and/or professional camera equipment) is a bonus, but not essential.
- Campaign & Asset Development: Adapt and evolve approved designs, ensuring outputs are innovative while remaining on-brand.
- Wholesale & Partner Programme Asset Delivery: Oversee resizing, reformatting and supply of e-commerce imagery and product assets for wholesale partners and partner programmes. Ensure all assets meet technical requirements while maintaining brand integrity.
- Brand Development & Consistency: Uphold and champion Chelsea Peers' visual identity across all channels. Confident in voicing opportunities to refine templates, systems and workflows to improve efficiency and creative output. Explore and utilise AI-driven tools to streamline workflows and enhance creative development where appropriate. Work cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce and external partners to ensure cohesive creative execution. Support on shoot production as and when needed, assisting with on-set tasks and contributing to the smooth delivery of shoots within a fast-growing, agile team environment.
Experience and Skills Required:
- 2-4 years' design experience, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, retail or a fast-paced creative environment.
- Confident in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro). After Effects experience is desirable but not essential.
- Strong working knowledge of Figma.
- A portfolio demonstrating digital and print design, and short-form video.
- Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, layout and colour.
- Familiarity with social-first content and platform best practices (TikTok, Instagram Reels, paid social).
- Strong organisational skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Confident communicator, comfortable presenting ideas and responding constructively to feedback.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and eager to contribute creatively beyond day-to-day execution.
