An exciting opportunity to join us as Graphic and Print Design Admin Assistant has been created to address our growing business needs. This role would suit someone who is already in the industry working at this level rather than as a first job due to the fast-paced nature of this role. The position covers multi category clothing and accessories spanning Womenswear, Menswear and Kidswear, as well design support on packaging and trims. This role will sit across both Chelsea Peers and the wider Renfold brand portfolio. You will give support to the Design team and wider product team, reporting into our Print Designer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating all-over print & graphic artworks suitable for womenswear, menswear & kidswear fashion, home & accessories.
  • Working collectively with the print team.
  • Producing technical artwork and design files to the required specifications.
  • Research and reporting on key trends and inspiration.
  • Managing the filing and organisation of the print library / new developments.
  • Recolouring and updating archived artworks.
  • Supporting the design and product team in general office admin.
  • Supporting on trim and packaging design.
  • Maintaining a high standard of work by ensuring the best quality print designs are delivered.
  • Liaising and building strong relationships with factories and suppliers ensuring constant communication.
  • Development of new print designs and exploring print opportunities by constantly bringing new ideas.
  • Buying and client meeting preparation.
  • Managing the seasonal print trackers with the current print admin assistant and keeping it up to date with the status of when artworks will arrive.

Key Skill Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of print and graphic design.
  • Highly skilled in illustrator, photoshop and hand-drawing (pro-create a bonus).
  • Ability to create placement graphics as well as all over prints.
  • Versatile handwriting and transferable design skills.
  • Creative with strong attention to detail.
  • Hard working, willing to learn & organised.
  • Time management skills with the ability to hit tight deadlines both personally and within a team.
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage a high work load.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally.
  • Can do attitude and be reactive and flexible with their work whilst using their own initiative.
  • Understanding briefs & managing expectations.

Info:

  • Full time, hybrid with flexi start time.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Please note this role is initially based 5 days in our Chiswick office dropping to 3 days after successfully passing the 3 month probation period. Applicants must therefore be comfortable travelling to this location.
  • Early finish Fridays at 2pm.
  • Hybrid working 2 days at home per week after passing probation.
  • 25 Days holiday + bank holidays.
