As Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager at Chelsea Peers, you will be responsible for executing our organic social media and influencer strategy, driving brand awareness, community engagement, and measurable campaign results. Alongside this, you will play a key role in developing seasonal strategies that ensure our campaigns remain timely, relevant, and commercially impactful. You will collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to align all organic social and influencer initiatives with brand objectives, seasonal priorities, and 360° campaign plans.
In this role, you’ll lead the creative direction of organic social channels, manage the Content Creator, and contribute hands‑on by producing content when needed. As a confident on‑camera presence, you’ll also step in as a brand voice and face across selected content, bringing Chelsea Peers’ personality to life. Alongside this, you’ll take ownership of influencer activity, managing both paid and organic partnerships—including events, gifting strategies, and affiliate programmes—to ensure campaigns deliver strong results and strengthen brand presence.

Key Responsibilities- Execute organic social media and influencer marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience engagement.
- Develop seasonal organic social and influencer strategies, creating timely, relevant, and commercially driven campaign approaches.
- Oversee and sign off on the day‑to‑day organic social content calendar, ensuring consistency, quality and alignment with campaign messaging.
- Create engaging, on‑brand social content, with a willingness to be in front of the camera as required.
- Manage and mentor the Content Creator, providing direction and feedback to optimise performance and output.
- Plan and host influencer events, working alongside the Brand Marketing Manager to align with community activations and brand campaigns.
- Develop seasonal gifting strategies, overseeing execution and ensuring gifting supports influencer relationships and wider brand goals.
- Analyse organic social media and influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Oversee community management, scheduling, and caption writing by the Marketing Assistant.
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager on briefs for paid social assets, reviewing and approving creative to ensure consistency with organic social, influencer activity, and overall brand tone.
- Work alongside the Digital Marketing Manager on our influencer affiliate programme.
- Work with Production team on social‑first content requiring external production partners.
- Work with external agencies as required across social media and influencer campaigns.
- 5+ years of experience in organic social media and influencer marketing, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Proven track record of delivering measurable social and influencer campaigns.
- Creative, strategic thinker with an eye for detail and brand tone of voice.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of paid vs. organic social, and how to integrate influencer activity into wider brand marketing.
- Overseeing creative output across social media and managing Content Creator.
- Creating engaging social‑first content and being comfortable on camera.
- Strong communication skills with experience managing influencer relationships, external partners, and event stakeholders.
