Chelsea FC is seeking a Talent Pathway Coach for the Women’s Academy (U8–U12) to support development across Cobham, Barnet, Barking and Croydon, with travel to games.

You will plan and deliver high‑quality, age‑appropriate sessions and work with the Centre Manager to foster a positive learning culture.

The role focuses on individual progression, safeguarding, and professional representation of Chelsea FC, contributing to player reviews and long‑term talent development.
