Purpose of the Role: To take responsibility for the strategic and operational day‑to‑day fulfilment of our Commercial Partners Experience & Hospitality rights at Stamford Bridge and internationally.
Role Dimensions:
- Reports to Director, Partnerships
- Focus primarily on planning, managing and the end‑to‑end delivery of our international partner & fan experience platform The Famous CFC (in collaboration with external agency partners)
- Accountable for the standards and delivery of our partners match‑day experience and hospitality at Stamford Bridge and UEFA away fixtures
- Plan, Manage & Deliver our Executive B2B Partner Programme on an annual basis
- Manage a small team, with the opportunity to grow and take on additional responsibilities
- This role requires extensive weekend work in the UK and international travel and consequently flexibility in working hours will be required
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and deliver Chelsea FC’s global fan event series The Famous CFC (currently eight events annually), ensuring best‑in‑class execution across all markets that meets the objectives of the Club and its commercial partners.
- Manage day‑to‑day programme operations, including cross‑business stakeholder alignment, partner servicing in collaboration with account teams, and the coordination of activation agencies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for agencies, overseeing creative ideation and event execution to ensure delivery against contractual rights and agreed KPIs.
- Coordinate all talent requirements, ensuring early planning and logistics are in place to meet project timelines.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources, providing clear status tracking and reporting to stakeholders.
- Drive innovation within The Famous CFC platform by evolving formats, expanding reach, and enhancing value for both fans and partners.
- Lead post‑event evaluation and reporting to measure effectiveness, partner satisfaction, and fan engagement, using insights to inform future improvements.
- Represent the Club on‑site at international events as required, leading delivery teams and acting as an ambassador for Chelsea FC’s brand and values.
- Own, manage and reconcile the annual budget in collaboration with agencies and internal stakeholders.
Strategic & Executive Events:
- Lead the development and delivery of our annual Executive B2B Engagement Programme, in collaboration with our Partnership and C‑Suite team.
- Manage venue bookings, third‑party supplier relationships and all travel logistics around key Executive events.
- Create a thorough and detailed briefing process and document for all attendees, with highlighted B2B targets and areas of interest.
Partner Experiences & Hospitality:
- Plan, Elevate and Lead our Partner Experience and Hospitality rights, both at Stamford Bridge and internationally at UEFA Away fixtures.
- Lead and ensure all Partner Hospitality and Executive experiences on both matchdays and non‑matchdays are delivered to the highest standards.
- Plan, forecast and invite key stakeholders to specific events at Stamford Bridge and other venues.
- Manage a direct report: Hospitality Executive ensuring their time/resource is being deployed accordingly to tackle priority workload alongside supporting their growth.
General Role Requirements:
- Ability to work cross departmental and cross group collaboration.
- Support in the delivery and establishment of regular partner reporting procedures internally and externally to track delivery of partner KPIs.
- Budget management with full responsibility for reporting and reconciliation.
- Develop personal credibility by behaving with humility and in a confident manner.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in managing and delivering sports partnerships, ideally in a sponsorship and or brand arena.
- Previous experience in planning and delivering marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
- Ability to work in a high‑pressure environment and manage senior stakeholders and workloads.
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written with an eye and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of, and passion for, both sport and entertainment – especially Football, including creative talents to drive innovation.
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of core marketing and sponsorship principles.
- Presentation skills (both writing and delivery), internally and to partners / suppliers.
- Good working knowledge of IT packages (e.g. MS Office suite) such that presentations can be made in context of the Sport & Entertainment landscape.
