About the Team: We welcome visitors with a smile and show willingness to assist with any queries guests may have, whether they are looking for a particular item or giving advice on sizing – nothing is too much trouble, as guests should leave the store having had an excellent store experience that keeps them returning.

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking Sales Assistants to support the store in achieving excellent visual presentation of the Chelsea Football Club merchandise and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service to all visitors. You will be required to have knowledge of the shops floors, enabling guests to be ushered in the right direction, along with processing of any purchases at the cash register. Stock replenishments and shipping/receiving orders will also be part of your duties whilst in store, whilst ensuring proactive measures to prevent stock loss.

Must Haves/qualified by demonstratable experience to the level required:

  • A passion for Chelsea and/or love for sport.
  • Basic maths knowledge (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division).
  • Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
  • Willing to work on a shift basis, as well as weekends/matchdays.

Nice to Haves:

  • Experience within Customer Service and/or Retail.
  • Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Experience with multi-tasking in a fast paced environment.
