About the Team
The ticket office deals with all enquiries and processes specific to all general admission tickets. The ticket office is also home to the Access and the Supporters' clubs' team.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a candidate to join our Ticketing Department through an 18 months' Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship within a Ticketing Administrator role. The candidate will be a point of contact for enquiries, and are to ensure these are answered accurately, professionally and in a timely manner, including telephone and email enquiries; supporting directly with seasonal stadium ticket sales for both home and away matches.
Duties include:
- Answering all enquiries received via telephone, email, in person and post in an efficient and professional manner.
- Data entry to be precise at all times.
- Ability to sell products both reactively and pro-actively.
- Showing excellent supporter service skills and professionalism.
- Being the point of knowledge to all supporters for the business.
- Working to deadlines and targets both as a team and an individual.
- Processing and fulfilling of season tickets, memberships and match tickets.
- Adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
- Assisting the Ticket Office, Reception and Supporter Services teams as and when required.
Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required:
- Do not hold higher than a Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or higher.
- Experience in Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Experience in actively listening to understand supporter concerns and how best to respond to them.
- An awareness of matters of equality and inclusion.
- Experience in a supporter handling role in a pressurised sporting environment.
- Experience with working within a ticket office.

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent telephone manner when speaking and interacting with supporters.
- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to prioritise workloads.
- Excellent supporter service skills in written, oral and face-to-face situations.
