CONTRACT: Permanent, Full time

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensuring the efficient running and administration of the Club’s Legal team.
  • Adopting a positive, enthusiastic and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Pro-actively identifying and taking forward opportunities to improve processes within the Legal team.
  • Responsibility for the process by which contracts are signed, stored and distributed, and key contract milestones are recorded and monitored.
  • Litigation support, primarily through document management and distribution to internal stakeholders.
  • Diary management for the General Counsel, Director of Corporate Communications and Affairs and Head of Legal positions.
  • Organising meetings; taking minutes where required.
  • Managing invoices and coordinating with external advisors on fees.
  • Assisting with legal team reporting to senior Club management in key areas.
  • Booking travel, where required.
  • Organising meetings and events on a Directorate level.
