Talent Pathway Analyst , you will help identify and track elite talent by combining player performance analysis, video scouting and data-driven insights.

Working closely with recruitment and pathway teams, you'll play a key role in supporting talent decisions and ensuring our player identification and development processes remain at the forefront of the game.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce detailed player background reports and talent profiles to support recruitment and player pathway decisions.
  • Collate and create high-quality video packages using professional telestration software.
  • Track and monitor the performance of players across loan programmes, leagues and territories.
  • Analyse match data, player minutes, positional trends and performance metrics.
  • Deliver insightful weekly reporting for technical staff, Sporting Directors and key stakeholders.
  • Create engaging, professional presentations that communicate complex insights effectively.
  • Support ad-hoc scouting, recruitment and loan management projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all recruitment and loan department processes and protocols.
  • Contribute to an inclusive culture that aligns with Equality, Diversity & Inclusion objectives.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in Performance Analysis, Recruitment Analysis or Loan Analysis.
  • Degree in Sports Analysis, Sport Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong proficiency in video analysis tools, particularly Piero and/or Hudl Studio.
  • Confident interpreting performance data and translating insights into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent presentation, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Outstanding football knowledge, with a strong understanding of player development, recruitment and performance analysis.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (FA Talent ID Level 3 desirable).
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
