Chelsea Football Club is seeking an Academy Scout (Local) on a fixed-term contract until June 2028. The role is remote with travel required and 20 hours per week, reporting into the Academy Recruitment team and working with the Senior Scout on windows of opportunity from U13 and above.
You will rely on a deep local network to identify talent, produce concise reports, and create video clips to support recruitment discussions. A passport, driving licence and FA2/UEFA B qualification are required.
