We are seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Analyst to join our ambitious and forward-thinking Scouting & Recruitment team.
In this pivotal role, you will combine video analysis, performance data, and scouting intelligence to support the identification and assessment of elite football talent across global markets.
Working closely with recruitment and scouting stakeholders, you will transform complex information into clear, actionable insights that influence key recruitment decisions and help ensure the club remains at the forefront of modern talent identification.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the identification, monitoring, and assessment of prospective players across a variety of global markets and territories.
- Create high‑quality video analysis packages using professional telestration software, aligned to positional and recruitment profiles.
- Produce comprehensive player dossiers, scouting reports, and recruitment assessments.
- Develop engaging and impactful presentations that communicate complex insights to a range of internal and external stakeholders.

- Technical and tactical data
- Physical performance metrics
- Scout observations and reports
- Positional and recruitment trends
- Manage and maintain recruitment shortlists using position‑specific and regional scouting intelligence.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Scouting & Recruitment Department to support strategic projects and initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to established recruitment processes, governance, and departmental protocols.
- Contribute positively to an inclusive, collaborative culture that champions Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
About You
We're looking for an analytical thinker with a genuine passion for football and a deep understanding of player performance and recruitment.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
- Experience in Performance Analysis, Recruitment Analysis, or a similar football‑focused analytical role.
- Degree in Sports Analysis, Sport Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong working knowledge of video analysis software, particularly Piero and/or Hudl Studio.
- Proven ability to interpret performance data and translate findings into clear recruitment recommendations.
- Excellent report writing, presentation, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Outstanding football knowledge, including player development pathways, recruitment processes, and performance analysis methodologies.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a demanding, high‑performance environment.
- To embody the club’s BLUE behaviours (Brave, Lead, Unity, Edge) in the approach to work and interaction with others
- To adhere to the club’s policies and procedures, including Health & Safety, Financial Authorisation, Confidentiality and GDPR.
- To act as an ambassador for diversity, equality, and inclusion, and demonstrate a positive commitment by treating others fairly in line with our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Policy and reporting any acts of discrimination through appropriate channels
- To create a safe environment and act to protect all young people and vulnerable adults that are either in your care or attending club premises, and report any concerns to the Safeguarding Lead
