CONTRACT: Permanent, 40 hours per week (5 days out of 7), aligned with the First Team schedule. We encourage you to apply as soon as possible. The Opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to provide high-quality player services and operational support to our First Team players and senior management. By ensuring day-to-day needs are managed efficiently, you will help create an environment where players and staff can focus on delivering their best performance on and off the pitch. Fluency in both English and French would be highly valued, as it enables us to better support our French-speaking players and contribute to an inclusive and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Player Services Support
    • Provide proactive day-to-day support to First Team players in line with the team schedule.
    • Support the onboarding and integration of new players, including relocation assistance for players and families moving to the UK or where English is not their first language.
    • Assist with transport arrangements for new players during their initial onboarding period.
    • Coordinate player and staff signing requests (e.g. shirts and photographs), maintaining accurate monthly records and reporting.
    • Manage incoming player mail and fan correspondence, ensuring appropriate responses are issued.
    • Provide additional support to French-speaking players and their families where required.
  • Operations & Administration
    • Provide general administrative and operational support across the First Team Operations and Player Services department.
    • Maintain accurate player and senior management records within internal systems.
    • Support personal administration for players and staff, including utilities and related documentation.
    • Coordinate vehicle logistics for players and staff, including lease handovers, servicing, MOTs, and management of driving or parking fines.
    • Coordinate internal post between Cobham Training Ground and Stamford Bridge.
    • Facilitate player and staff orders from the club shop.
    • Provide operational and player services support on First Team matchdays, including assisting within the players’ family area.
    • Provide reception cover at Cobham Training Ground during weekend training sessions and at least one weekday per week.
