As a Client Services Executive, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that delivers world-class service to our valued Seasonal Members. You’ll help shape unforgettable matchday experiences, build lasting relationships, and play a key role in driving loyalty and revenue.

Your Role: Make Every Match Matter

As a Client Services Executive, you’ll be the go-to contact for a dedicated group of seasonal clients, ensuring they feel valued, informed, and excited to return season after season.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build strong relationships with Seasonal Members through proactive account management.
  • Collaborate with travel partners to support premium matchday packages.
  • Keep clients informed with timely updates on fixtures, ticketing, and club news.
  • Deliver exceptional service on matchdays - be the face of Chelsea FC.
  • Maintain accurate client records and communications using Dynamics.
  • Support sales initiatives and seasonal renewals.
  • Represent Chelsea FC at external events and exhibitions.

What You Bring:

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven success in account management and customer service.
  • Experience in a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Passion for football and understanding of the sport’s landscape.
