Ready to step up, lead the floor and create the kind of Megan’s moments guests can’t wait to come back for?
We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Supervisor to join one of our much-loved neighbourhood restaurants. If you love a buzzing floor, thrive when the restaurant is full and know how to bring great energy to a team, you’ll feel right at home with us. You’ll be right in the middle of the action: leading from the front, supporting the management team and helping every shift run brilliantly. From keeping the team motivated through a busy brunch to making sure every guest leaves happy, you’ll help set the standard for what great looks like at Megan’s. You’ll also start getting stuck into the commercial side of running a restaurant – driving sales, encouraging brilliant upselling, supporting team deployment and understanding how the decisions made on shift impact the bigger picture. If you’re ready for more responsibility, want to develop your leadership skills and have your sights set on management, this could be the perfect next step.
What's in it for you?
- Pay £16.00 per hour (made up of NMW + base allocation of tronc), plus additional uncapped tronc potential
- 50% off when you dine with your favourite people
- Plenty of fun, feel-good team socials
- Access to our Employee Assistance Programme – free, confidential support 24/7

- Free, delicious Megan’s food & drinks on shift
- Plus all the usual standard stuff like pension contributions & holiday

- Opportunities to move between our neighbourhood restaurants and build your career across the group
