Up to £13.50p/h (for over 21s) plus amazing uncapped tronc potential. Our people are the most important part of Megan’s and what separates us from everyone else. We’re opening new restaurants in fantastic neighbourhoods across the South, so due to our continued growth and expansion we’re now looking for a Floor Team Member for our beautiful site.

We’re looking for a friendly Floor Team Member to join us. You'll be looking after our guests and making sure they have a great experience throughout their time with us, so we'll teach you all about our amazing freshly made food and delicious range of drinks. If you want to progress then we can help you pursue a career in management by developing your skills and knowledge even further.

If you’ve got previous experience as a floor team member, waiter, waitress or F&B assistant in a premium branded restaurant, bar, pub or hotel then that’s fantastic and we’d love to hear from you. But what’s more important to us is that you’re keen to learn, friendly and outgoing, so if this would be your first job then don’t let that stop you.
