b Overview /b p As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you design, build and deliver fan-facing digital experiences end-to-end. You work closely with Product Managers and Designers to turn requirements into deliverables and prototype ideas with AI-assisted tooling. You own technical strategy, implementation, testing, accessibility, performance and security, ensuring production-ready quality from day one. This role blends product thinking with engineering excellence to ship impactful features that enhance the supporter experience. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Partner with Product Managers to translate requirements into technical plans /li li Rapidly prototype ideas using AI-assisted tooling to validate concepts /li li Build responsive, accessible, production-ready web experiences across devices /li li Design and integrate with Contentful; contribute to content model decisions /li li Build and consume APIs; integrate third-party services /li li Apply AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery while validating outputs /li li Write automated tests and instrument features for analytics and experimentation /li li Prepare code for external partner review and support deployment /li li Contribute to engineering standards, reusable components and ways of working /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Strong commercial experience shipping modern web and app applications end-to-end /li li Excellent TypeScript and React skills; Next.js familiarity a plus /li li Experience with React Native /li li Experience with headless CMS platforms (Contentful) and API integration /li li Solid grasp of software architecture, testing, accessibility, security and performance /li li Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and ability to validate outputs /li li Demonstrated AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery, automate repetitive tasks and validate concepts /li li Comfortable working with design systems and shared component libraries /li li Proven ability to balance technical excellence, UX and business outcomes; Git, CI/CD and code review workflows /li /ul ul li Collaboration with Product Managers and Designers /li li Product thinking and ownership /li li Strong communication and decision-making under pressure /li li TypeScript /li li React /li li Next.js (or similar) /li /ul
