You’ll be:

• Working with stakeholders to understand their businesses and data requirements.
• Collecting, cleaning and validating the required data from internal and external sources to support these data requests.
• Developing dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with their data.
• Providing recommendations and advice on how to utilise the data to support business outcomes.
• Implementing and managing GA4 tracking events, conversions, and custom parameters.
• Leveraging BigQuery exports from GA4 for advanced data analysis.
• Developing cross-platform tracking, attribution, and user lifecycle metrics in GA4.
• Troubleshooting tracking issues and ensuring accurate data collection.
• Analysing traffic sources, user behaviour, content performance, and conversion flows in GA4.

You’ll have:

• Ability to translate business needs into clear analytics tracking designs.
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Omni, Looker, Tableau).
• Strong hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience designing data layers and Firebase analytics events and configuring and managing GA4 / Firebase BigQuery exports.
• Proficient in SQL and working with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery.
• Comfortable collaborating with developers and data teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Up-to-date knowledge of analytics best practices and industry changes.
