You’ll be:
- Working with stakeholders to understand their businesses and data requirements.
- Collecting, cleaning and validating the required data from internal and external sources to support these data requests.
- Developing dashboards and reports to provide stakeholders with their data.
- Providing recommendations and advice on how to utilise the data to support business outcomes.
- Implementing and managing GA4 tracking events, conversions, and custom parameters.
- Leveraging BigQuery exports from GA4 for advanced data analysis.
- Developing cross-platform tracking, attribution, and user lifecycle metrics in GA4.
- Troubleshooting tracking issues and ensuring accurate data collection.
- Analysing traffic sources, user behaviour, content performance, and conversion flows in GA4.
You’ll have:
- Ability to translate business needs into clear analytics tracking designs.
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Omni, Looker, Tableau).
- Strong hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
- Experience designing data layers and Firebase analytics events and configuring and managing GA4 / Firebase BigQuery exports.
- Proficient in SQL and working with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery.
- Comfortable collaborating with developers and data teams.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of analytics best practices and industry changes.
