DEPARTMENT: Strategy, Transformation and Analytics

CONTRACT: Fixed Term (3 months, paternity cover), Full Time
JOB FUNCTION: Support the club, Management Committee and Directors in analysing critical business issues and structuring, sizing and executing new strategic initiatives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the delivery of key transformation and business improvement initiatives across the Club.
- Gather, analyse and interpret operational, commercial and financial data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Develop reports, dashboards, presentations and performance tracking tools to support decision-making by senior stakeholders.
- Conduct research, benchmarking and market analysis to inform strategic recommendations and business cases.
- Support project and business leads in tracking project milestones, risks, dependencies and outcomes.
- Assist in documenting current and future business processes, identifying opportunities for process optimisation and operational efficiencies.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across departments to gather requirements, validate findings and support implementation activities.

- Trusted source of high-quality analysis and insight for strategic initiatives that support informed decision-making.
- Support Club projects that deliver measurable business improvements, efficiencies or revenue opportunities.

Person Specification:
Qualifications:
- University level (Bachelor), minimum 2:1 degree or equivalent experience
Experience:
- Experience in business analysis, transformation, strategy, consulting, analytics or a related role is advantageous, but not necessary. Graduate applicants are welcome.
- Exposure to analysing business performance data and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
- Experience in developing and delivering written presentations based on research, data and analysis.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
