Overview
In this role you will support the Management Committee by translating club priorities into actionable materials and leading cross-functional initiatives. You will own end-to-end projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and provide rigorous analysis to inform strategic decisions. You’ll deliver compelling business cases and benchmark health of current operations to optimise brand, revenue and cost discipline. This is a chance to influence strategic direction at a high-visibility level and partner with senior leadership to drive measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Prepare high-impact materials for senior stakeholders and boards, translating priorities into clear formats
- Own and deliver cross-functional projects end-to-end with timely updates to Management Committee
- Project manage challenging cross-functional initiatives to achieve optimal outcomes
- Provide research, benchmarking, due diligence and analysis for strategic club projects
- Undertake strategic reviews of operations and advise on brand, revenue, and cost discipline
- Develop sound business cases with financial, market and strategic analysis to support recommendations
Key requirements
- Proven experience in strategy consulting, investment banking or strategic roles
- Strong analytical skills: market analyses, economic and P&L modelling, scenario planning
- Track record of strategic development and implementation in diverse commercial environments
- Strong and credible presentational skills to senior management
- International business experience is advantageous
