We’re now looking for a confident, personable and detail-oriented Showroom Assistant to join our team in Chelsea. This is a client-facing role where you’ll help create an inspiring and welcoming environment for our customers, while supporting the smooth daily running of the showroom.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Warmly welcome all visitors, from first-time homeowners to seasoned architects and ensure they have an engaging, informative experience.
- Guide clients around the showroom, introducing them to our tile collections and helping them explore materials, formats and finishes.
- Support the showroom manager by preparing samples, booking appointments, taking notes during meetings, preparing quotations, placing orders and updating client records.
- Keep the showroom impeccably presented at all times.
- Tidying displays, restocking samples, and setting up for meetings.
- Assist with incoming enquiries by phone and email, passing messages on promptly and professionally.
- Support showroom events and launches – helping with preparation, guest lists, and hospitality.
- Maintain showroom databases and appointment logs to ensure all client interactions are recorded accurately.
