Neatsmith are looking for talented individuals to join our expanding team. The role will include:

  • Client consultations (both trade and retail) in our showroom
  • Guiding clients through the design process from start to finish
  • Design work and briefing a designer who will support you in producing shop drawings
  • Site visits/surveys
  • Appropriate follow up with clients by phone and email
  • Maintaining ongoing relationships with clients
  • Keeping showroom displays looking beautiful
  • Working a 5-day week including Saturday work

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 3 years' KBB sales experience (kitchens, bedrooms or bathrooms)
  • A passion for interiors that you can share with your clients
  • A good track record for selling and ability to negotiate with clients
  • Comfortable owning your own pipeline and managing multiple leads at the same time
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Confidence in communicating both with the team and with clients
