Chelsea Bridge Wharf is looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join our team. This role is key to keeping the development safe, well-maintained, and presented to the highest standard. You’ll carry out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, from plumbing, carpentry and locksmith work to roofing, decoration, and general building upkeep. You’ll also support the Estate Management team by ensuring health and safety compliance, maintaining site cleanliness, and helping provide a safe and secure environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out carpentry repairs to doors and windows
- Undertake basic locksmith work (adjustments to door closers and locks)
- Complete roofing, guttering, and drainage maintenance and repairs
- Perform small-scale decoration works, including flooring installation
- Conduct security and health & safety inspections, reporting defects
- Install signage and complete general building upkeep tasks
- Assist with bin collection and sanitisation of bin areas
- Provide accurate job reports via the company’s phone app system
- Safely use and maintain all tools and equipment provided
- Drive safely and confidently across London for site-related tasks
- Work collaboratively with estate managers, contractors, and the wider maintenance team
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in multi-trade or building maintenance
- Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools for repairs and upkeep
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to problem-solve
- Team player with the ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good knowledge of building maintenance systems and health & safety practices
Desirable (training can be provided):
- CSCS card
- IOSH qualification
- Experience using equipment such as bin tugs/pressure washers

- Working Hours: 8am - 5pm with hour unpaid lunch; Wednesday to Sunday.
