Chelsea Barracks is one of London’s most prestigious residential estates, developed by Qatari Diar. As the estate continues to evolve, the emphasis is shifting towards a more refined, service-led and hospitality-driven environment. This is a senior, on-site leadership role with full accountability for operational performance, resident experience and the long-term positioning of the estate. It requires someone who can move beyond day-to-day management and take real ownership of standards, culture and delivery.
You will lead across operations, engineering and security, ensuring the estate operates seamlessly while maintaining a discreet, five-star experience for a high-net-worth resident community. You will also act as a key interface with ownership, bringing clarity, control and credibility to all aspects of on-site performance.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading all on-site teams and service partners
- Setting and maintaining best-in-class service standards
- Managing resident relationships with discretion and professionalism
- Overseeing budgets, service charge and commercial performance
- Ensuring compliance across health, safety and operational risk
- Driving continuous improvement across service delivery and estate presentation
We are looking for:
- Senior leadership experience within ultra-prime residential, hospitality or similar environments
- A strong track record of delivering high-quality, customer-led operations
- Commercial awareness alongside operational depth
