Job Position: School & Outdoor Camp Assistant
Type: International volunteer placement (fee-based program, stipend-supported)

About the opportunity
Join a UK boarding school or outdoor education centre as a residential assistant. You will support teachers and activity leaders, help run sports and extracurricular programs, and live on site as part of the school community. It is a structured way to gain verifiable UK experience in education, youth work and outdoor leadership.
What you will do

Support lead teachers in classrooms, prep sessions and study supervision

Run extracurricular clubs, sports coaching and weekend activities

Assist with outdoor education: hiking, water sports, team challenges (training provided)

Contribute to pastoral care and boarding-house duties under supervision

Uphold safeguarding and health-and-safety policies at all times
Requirements
Who we are looking for

Age 18β30, graduate or final-year student (education, sports, arts, humanities or any discipline)

Confident spoken English (IELTS 6.0 or equivalent recommended

Experience with children, sport, music, drama or volunteering is a strong advantage
-
Willing to complete a police clearance and safeguarding checks

Able to commit to the full placement period
