Join our Insomnia Café as a Barista. This dynamic role offers a fast‑paced environment where no two days are ever the same, and you’ll work with an amazing mix of customers and colleagues while mastering coffee making and barista skills. You’ll be part of a welcoming team, delivering the best service and store experience to our customers, proactively engaging with the local community. You’ll build expert knowledge of our food and drink range and keep the shop well stocked, clean, and organised, including front and back of the counter, shop floor, and customer and team toilets. You’ll also look after the health and safety of our customers, colleagues, and yourself.

- Availability to support a flexible shift pattern across a seven‑day opening, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous barista experience is a plus but not essential; full training will be provided.
