Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Yard/Sales Advisor, located in Chelmsford. The Yard/Sales Advisor will be responsible for assisting customers with their roofing material needs, providing product information, and processing sales transactions. Daily tasks include managing inventory, maintaining the yard, loading and unloading vehicles, picking orders, ensuring materials are organized and accessible, and delivering high-quality customer service. Additional responsibilities include identifying customer requirements, offering appropriate solutions, and providing training on product use.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
- Proven Customer Service and Sales experience
- Ability to conduct Training sessions effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with roofing materials and industry knowledge is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fork lift licence is a plus
