Chelmsford Diocese is looking for a Diocesan Secretary and Chief Executive to provide executive leadership and ensure strong governance and effective operations. This leadership role requires working closely with the Bishop and the Bishop’s Leadership Team.

You will be an empowering leader with a proven record in strategic and operational leadership, comfortable with ambiguity, and skilled in influencing diverse stakeholders. You are called to serve the mission and values of the Diocese of Chelmsford.
