Stakeholder Engagement Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Chelmsford College for a confident and motivated professional to join our team in a key role supporting students in securing meaningful work placements across both campuses.
In this role you will work closely with local employers to create high‑quality placement opportunities that align with curriculum needs and meet all contractual and administrative requirements. You will also support students in preparing for the workplace, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with employers and generate leads to secure placement agreements.
- Identify placement opportunities and convert conversations into agreements.
- Manage placement records, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure compliance with all processes.
- Collaborate with curriculum managers to support stakeholder engagement and coordinate events that enhance the student experience.
- Conduct employer workplace visits (requires own transport and a full driving licence).
Qualifications & Requirements
- Background in business development, employer engagement, or sales experience.
- Proven ability to build partnerships, generate leads, and drive results.
