Description

The thriving team of Science, part of a busy department offering health, care, science, and sport, are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dynamic Full Time or Part Time Science lecturer to teach primarily on our Level 3 Forensic and Biomedical programmes, with the opportunity to teach related subjects throughout the department. The successful candidate will join a team involved in supporting and designing new curricula for 16-18 and Adult learning programmes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching and assessing Level 3 BTEC Science, with specific experience in forensic and/or biomedical science modules. Industry experience, teaching A level or T level, curriculum design, and delivery would be advantageous. A science degree and a level 5 teaching qualification are required. The candidate should demonstrate excellent teaching and learning practices, with the ability to deliver high-quality, engaging lessons to support learners.
