Whether you’re already working in education and looking for your next role, or if you’re working in industry and looking to change your career path, Chelmsford College has an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer to join our Hairdressing curriculum team in readiness for the start of the 2025/26 academic year.
Our students benefit from working in an environment designed to prepare them for working beyond their studies but with the backing of our lecturers to guide them, providing a safe and supportive environment for their creative flair to grow through our commercial salons that are open to the public.
As part of the Hair team at the College, you will work with the team to deliver and motivate the next generation of hair industry professionals. You will share your wealth of knowledge to unlock potential, whilst guiding our learners through their studies, and join us on the journey of embracing education, supporting our students in achieving their educational and career goal.
The successful candidate will need to be a team player, an excellent communicator, and able to maintain a proactive approach to managing deadlines, whilst retaining a high standard.
