The College is seeking to appoint an outstanding Independence and Inclusion Coach to work with young people with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities, supporting their educational, personal, and wellbeing needs. This role requires someone passionate about supporting and empowering young individuals.
Successful candidates must have a GCSE in English and Maths at grades 4-9 or an equivalent qualification. The College is committed to equality and diversity, and to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all staff to share these commitments.
Starting salary will depend on qualifications, skills, and experience. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
