Description
The College is currently seeking exceptional Independence and Inclusion Coaches to work with learners across the curriculum who have a range of SEND needs. You will support young people to become independent, and you will collaborate with staff at all levels to advise and guide on inclusive practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Support learners with SEND needs in developing skills and confidence for independence.
- Advise and support staff on inclusive learning practices.
- Collaborate with management and external agencies in delivering inclusive education.
Qualifications & Requirements
- GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4–9, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience working with learners who have SEND.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, safeguarding and welfare of children and young people.
- Successful candidate will undergo an enhanced DBS check.
Starting salary will be determined by qualifications, skills and experience.
