Description The College is currently seeking a number of exceptional Independence & Inclusion Coaches to work with young people at varying levels across the curriculum. Successful candidates will support learners with a range of SEND needs. You will be passionate about empowering young people towards independence, and you will be confident to work with staff at all levels to advise and guide on inclusive practice. Successful candidates must possess GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4-9 or an equivalent qualification. The College is committed to equality and diversity and to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all staff to share these commitments. Starting salary will depend on qualifications, skills and experience. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
