Overview

Chelmsford College has an excellent opportunity to appoint a Job Coach to support an exciting new project that recently started. This role is integral to the project\’s success. We are seeking a dedicated and supportive professional who will excel in this unique opportunity by engaging with individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds and offering Inclusive Workforce Development Solutions to businesses in Essex. If you have proven skills and experience in working to project targets with underrepresented groups and an ability to succeed, we would be interested to hear from you.

The College is committed to equality and diversity and to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. We expect all staff to share these commitments. Starting salary will be dependent on qualifications, skills and experience. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds to support their progression into the workforce.
  • Deliver Inclusive Workforce Development Solutions to Essex-based businesses.
  • Work toward project targets with underrepresented groups and contribute to the project\’s success.
  • Support the project team to ensure successful delivery and outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills and experience in working to project targets with underrepresented groups and an ability to succeed in a challenging role.
