Chelmsford College is seeking enthusiastic and organised temporary staff to support our busy apprenticeship enrolment period. This role plays a key part in ensuring new apprentices are enrolled efficiently and receive an excellent first impression of the College.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the timely enrolment of apprentices for the September 2026 intake
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, documentation, and applicant enquiries
  • Working collaboratively with the Client Services team to ensure efficient processes
  • Providing a friendly, professional service to students, staff, and external stakeholders
