Level three Nursery Room leaders required to join our friendly and amazing team. If you have a clear passion and genuine interest to work with children aged 1 to 11 years, then look no further. You can expect to have a tremendous amount of fun and plenty of cuddles too.

Are you able to lead a small team ensuring your room meets all Ofsted expected standards, alongside also having lots of fun and adventures, ensuring the children you work with have plenty of exciting and rich experiences, ensuring they receive the 'wow factor' as they arrive? You will need to demonstrate a professional manner, with strong leadership skills, as well as being able to be adaptable to the changing nature of the role. You could be going on a bear hunt one minute then zooming off into space the next. This will all be at the same time as being an amazing Room Leader to your team and children, building strong working relationships with colleagues and parents.
