A qualified Nursery Key Person is required to join our friendly and amazing team at Dovedale Nursery. If you have a clear passion and genuine interest to work with children aged 1 to 11 years, you will have the opportunity to provide exciting and rich experiences and support children as they arrive with a warm, engaging environment. Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, stimulating and enjoyable learning environment for children aged 1 to 11 years.
  • Act as the Key Person for your group, building strong relationships with your key children, their families and colleagues.
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities and experiences to support children’s development and well-being.
  • Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate varying activities and interests, while maintaining a professional approach.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency and continuity of care and education.
