As Head Of Department, You Will

  • Manage resources, budgets, and staffing to ensure efficient and high‑performing provision.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employers, partners, and awarding bodies.
  • Lead the growth of apprenticeship and adult learning programmes by identifying new opportunities, strengthening engagement, and enhancing programme quality.
