Chelmsford College is looking for an outstanding Work Based Tutor to support the Teaching Assistant qualification programmes. The successful candidate will join a team of experienced Work Based Tutors in Teaching and Early Years and will be expected to deliver flexible, high quality work‑based learning provision.
Responsibilities
- Deliver practical assessment and oversight of apprenticeship standards for Teaching Assistant trainees.
- Support trainees in developing learning outcomes and progress.
- Work collaboratively with other tutors and early years staff.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the early years work‑based learning provision.
Qualifications
- Qualified to at least Level 3 in your subject specialism.
- Assessor qualification in apprenticeship standards, or willing to work towards it.
- Desirable: IV award.
- Willingness to work flexibly.
