Are you passionate about building meaningful partnerships that create life‑changing opportunities for learners? We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Stakeholder Engagement Manager to lead employer engagement across Chelmsford College. Working collaboratively with curriculum and support teams on both campuses, you will develop and strengthen relationships with employers, industry representatives, and community organisations, securing high‑quality work‑placement opportunities that support learners’ career aspirations and progression into industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead employer engagement initiatives across the College.
- Collaborate with curriculum and support teams to co‑design and co‑deliver programmes that remain relevant, responsive and aligned to current and future industry needs.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with employers, industry representatives and community organisations.
- Secure high‑quality work‑placement opportunities to support learner career aspirations.
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health and safety and other statutory requirements.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create impactful partnerships that enhance learner outcomes, employer engagement and community impact.
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent communication, organisational and relationship‑building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with external partners.
- Commitment to safeguarding, health and safety and equality and diversity.
- Previous experience in stakeholder engagement, employer relations or similar roles preferred.
Benefits
- Competitive salary up to £41,905 per annum.
- 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year.
