An exciting opportunity has arisen at Chelmsford College for two confident and motivated professionals to join our team in a key role supporting students in securing meaningful work placements across both campuses. The role is based primarily on-site and involves working closely with local employers to create high-quality placement opportunities that align with curriculum needs and meet all contractual and administrative requirements.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in business development, employer engagement, or sales experience, who thrives on building partnerships, generating leads, and driving results. A proven ability to connect with businesses, identify opportunities, and convert conversations into placement agreements is essential.
In addition to employer engagement, the successful candidates will support young people in preparing for the workplace, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to succeed. Strong IT and administrative skills are critical to managing placement records, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring compliance with all processes.
