We are seeking an enthusiastic and outstanding Lecturer for our Foundation Provision. The successful candidate will be passionate about working with learners with a range of SEND in a Further Education setting. They will have comprehensive knowledge and experience of teaching and supporting learners with mild to moderate learning difficulties. The role involves planning and teaching activities and lessons adapted to different groups of learners, assessing students’ achievements and progress, and contributing to the Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) review process. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, proactive, positive and solution-focused. All staff are expected to share the College’s commitments to equality and diversity, safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check. Starting salary will be dependent on qualifications, skills and experience.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent and hold a teaching qualification.

- Will undergo an enhanced DBS check.
